Guarantee & Charge Info

Installations


All installations are guaranteed for 12 Months from the date the work is completed. Any repairs or replacements during this period will be done at no extra cost.

Installation Guarantee Terms

Any problems that occur with the installation which are not directly linked to the initial work, have been caused by user error or by Storm damage, will not be covered by the guarantee. Under this situation you will be charged for the cost of the replaced item/s.

Repairs


All repairs are guaranteed for 3 Months from the date the repair is completed. Any faults that occur during this period that are directly linked to the initial repair will be resolved at no cost to you.

Information on Charges

Any items picked up for repair from your property will be subject to a non-refundable stripdown/pickup charge of £30.00 ( or if you deliver the item yourself £15.00 to cover the stripdown) you will recieve a receipt for this charge.

If the item is repaired this charge will be knocked off the final repair bill

We will carry out the repair as quickly as possible and will hold your items for no longer than 3 weeks (or longer if you wish us too)

If the item is not repairable we will deliver the item back to your property at no extra cost. If you refuse to take the item back there will be a charge for disposing the item, the price of this varies.
